To sign your organisation up to the Simple Fleet Solution Caltex Fuel Card Program you simply need to do the following:
1. Download the Caltex Corporate Credit Application form found on the right hand side of this page.
2. Complete the Caltex Corporate Credit Application form making sure you complete the direct debit authority and return it to Simple Fleet Solutions via:

Post: PO BOX 6478, Baulkham Hills BC, BAULKHAM HILLS, NSW 2153.
3. Once we receive your Catlex Corporate Application Form we will organise with Caltex for your organisation to join the Simple Fleet Services Fuel Program. This Credit Application Process takes Caltex up to 2 - 3 weeks.
4. Whilst Caltex assesses your organisation for eligibility we will discuss with you the controls (such as daily / weekly limits, PINS etc) you would like to apply to the cards. We wil also need you to provide us with information on each vehicle that needs a card so we can get your cards issued as soon as possible after Catlex approves your organisation for credit.
